The pair clash for the title in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia live on DAZN in the main event of a stacked card which features six PFL title fights.
Both Loughnane and Khziriev have impressed in their three fights en-route to this year's final for different reasons.

Loughnane's striking ability has taken centre stage during his contests. His first fight of the 2024 campaign ended in a ground-and-pound against Pedro Carvalho before a doctor's stoppage brought a meeting with Justin Gonzales to an abrupt end at the end of the second round.
The playoff meeting with Kai Kamaka saw Loughnane triumph via the judges' scorecards, but it was still a performance where the Manchester fighter was willing to go toe-to-toe.
Khizriev's three fights before the final saw him showcase his ability on the mat, with all three victories coming on the judges' scorecards. But while wrestling is clearly one of the 29-year-old's strengths, there have been occasions where Khizriev's striking has also troubled opponents.
This should make for an exciting contest in the Saudi Arabian capital, and when speaking to DAZN News, Loughnane made no secret that he is willing to take on Khizriev at his own game.
"I know what I’m up against, I’ve fought over a dozen wrestlers in my career. I know exactly what he’s going to do," Loughnane said.
"Let’s see how smooth he is when he gets a 1-2, he’s not going to be that smooth.
"He’s going to want to take me down and then we’re going to wrestle, and I think I’ll surprise everyone."
Loughnane's clash with Khizriev tops a card which features fellow Brit Dakota Ditcheva who bids for women's flyweight glory against Taila Santos.
