In the boxing ring, Jake Paul has defeated notable mixed martial arts fighters such as Ben Askren, Tyron Woodley (twice), Anderson Silva and Nate Diaz.
On Saturday, live on DAZN, Paul clashes with another former MMA star in Mike Perry. But would "The Problem Child" ever be willing to cross over from boxing into MMA?
During DAZN's "Face 2 Face" sitdown conversation between Paul and Perry, Paul said he'd be willing to have an MMA fight with "Platinum" after their boxing bout.
"I would do it," Paul said emphatically. "I just want to make it clear — after boxing I am down for an MMA fight with Perry."
Paul added: "I offered [Nate] Diaz $15 million (for an MMA fight)."
To that Perry responded: "I don't know why these other guys didn't do [an MMA fight] with you. I don't know what's up with them. I thought Diaz would be interesting considering his jiu-jitsu but I'd love to do it if you're still up for it after I beat you in boxing on Saturday. Why not? It's fun, it's just a fight."
Paul also took the time to simulate how an MMA fight with Perry might go.
"It would be interesting but I don't think he's that great of a wrestler or jiu-jitsu guy, so it'd really just be about the striking," Paul said. "I guess those questions will be answered on Saturday."
