Jan Błachowicz vs. Glover Teixeira: UFC 267 date, fight time, TV channel and live streamDAZN
Everything you need to know about UFC 267, which features two championship fights.

The UFC returns with their next major event on Saturday to Fight Island as UFC 267 takes place from Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The organization is returning with a bang, highlighted by two championship fights.

The main event features Jan Blachowicz looking to defend his light heavyweight championship for the second time as he faces off with No. 1-ranked and former 205-pound title challenger Glover Teixeira. In the co-main event, No. 1-ranked Petr Yan and No. 3-ranked Cory Sandhagen meet for the interim bantamweight title.

Blachowicz shocked the world at UFC 253 on Fight Island when he stopped Dominick Reyes in the second round to capture the light heavyweight strap that Jon Jones vacated. Then in his first title defense at UFC 259, Blachowicz upset the apple cart one more time in dominating middleweight kingpin Israel Adesanya.

For Teixeira, it's been a remarkable journey back to title contention. After coming up short in his quest to unseat Jones at UFC 172 in April 2014, Teixeira went a pedestrian 5-4 in his next nine fights. But, instead of quitting and giving up, the 41-year-old has gone on a remarkable run in reeling five consecutive victories, with four of those coming via stoppage to earn another crack at becoming a UFC champion.

Yan-Sandhagen happened under unusual circumstances. Yan won the vacant bantamweight strap at UFC 251, stopping Jose Aldo. The title reign didn't last long. In his next fight versus Aljamain Sterling at UFC 259, Yan was disqualified for throwing an illegal knee in a fight he was winning. A Sterling-Yan had been agreed upon for UFC 267. But Sterling was still having issues from neck surgery and had to bow out. Wanting the card to have two titles at stake, the UFC made an interim championship fight and kept Yan in the position. The UFC went the route of Sandhagen, despite him losing a narrow split decision to former 135-pound titlist TJ Dillashaw in July.

Besides the two title tilts, UFC 267 has a loaded undercard, so it's one you don't want to miss.
