The UFC kicks off its 2025 schedule of events with a Fight Night card from Las Vegas.
Headlining the card is a rematch between two of the women's strawweight division's biggest stars, Mackenzie Dern and Amanda Ribas.
The pair first fought in 2029 and Dern suffered her first professional loss.
Dern is coming off a win over Loopy Godinez in August of last year. The No. 6-ranked strawweight will take on Ribas, currently sitting at No. 8 in the division.
Ribas is coming off a loss to former champion Rose Namajunas at flyweight in March, but hasn't fought at strawweight since November 2023 when she defeated Luana Pinheiro.
Some other interesting match-ups on the card are Chris Curtis vs. Roman Kopylov. There's a bit of bad blood between the two men since Curtis accused Kopylov of sending spies into the gym ahead of their match-up.
Veteran Santiago Ponzinibbio is also on the card as he takes on Carlston Harris on the main card.
