Sean O'Malley had just shocked the world with a spectacular second-round TKO of Aljamain Sterling at UFC 292 on Saturday night.
And the newly-crowned bantamweight world champion immediately had revenge on his mind.
Fresh off the biggest win of his career, O'Malley asked Joe Rogan, "Did 'Chito' win?"
That was in reference to Marlon "Chito" Vera who delivered a unanimous decision over Pedro Munhoz to open the main card in Boston.
When Rogan informed him of Vera's win, O'Malley shot back: "Was it boring? Probably.
"I'll whoop 'Chito's' ass in December in [Las] Vegas at T-Mobile [Arena]. Let's f—ing go!"
At 17-1 as a pro, O'Malley's only loss came at the hands of Vera back in August 2020 via a first-round TKO (elbows and punches).
And O'Malley feels like he needs to avenge that defeat for his "Suga" era to truly take effect.
Looking at Vera's X account, he's more than game.
