UFC interim heavyweight champion Tom Aspinall is one of MMA's biggest stars.
Aspinall claimed the interim belt at UFC 295 following a first round knockout win over Sergei Pavlovich and is now on the brink of a shot against Jon Jones who holds the full title.
With Aspinall joining Leon Edwards as a UFC title holder, British MMA is experiencing a boom and the 30-year-old believes this will continue following Michael Page's impressive UFC debut against Kevin Holland at UFC 299.
“MVP is very good, I trained with him recently, but I think especially after he’s just made his debut now in the UFC, to come in and beat Kevin Holland who’s someone in the top 15 ranked on your debut – he looked so impressive,” Aspinall said on his YouTube channel.
“I think that he’s definitely special, not just a special athlete, but he’s a special human being too.
"He’s definitely going to be a superstar in the sport, that’s for sure."
