Everything you need to know about UFC 250 on June 6, which is headlined by Amanda Nunes making a defense of her women's featherweight title against Felicia Spencer.

UPDATE: Follow UFC 250 live updates, results, highlights

Amanda Nunes will look to be the first UFC fighter to successfully defend world titles in two weight classes (while holding both belts simultaneously) when she defends her women's featherweight title against Felicia Spencer at UFC 250 at the UFC APEX in Las Vegas.

With the Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC) approving the UFC's return for the first time since the COVID-19 pandemic shut down the sporting world, the mixed martial arts promotion held a UFC Fight Night event in Las Vegas last weekend. Now, it's set to host the UFC's next pay per view in its backyard.

It will be the return of the woman who many believe is the greatest female mixed martial artist of all time, as Nunes looks to add to her growing legacy by making history once again.

Across the Octagon will be someone who may not have the experience, but has showcased impressive durability and tenacity during her short tenure.

Spencer made her MMA debut less than five years ago but tore through Invicta with an undefeated record before showing up in the UFC. She submitted Megan Anderson in her UFC debut but saw her unbeaten streak halted by Cris Cyborg at UFC 240. After bouncing back with a TKO victory over Zarah Fairn Dos Santos earlier this year, she finds herself with the opportunity to put a stop to Nunes' torrid run.

Nunes returns to the 145-pound division for the first time since her stunning first round knockout of Cris Cyborg in December 2018. She's been on a remarkable run of 10 straight wins with victories over the likes Ronda Rousey, Cyborg, Valentina Shevchenko and Miesha Tate. She'll be seeking her fifth straight finish against a woman that nobody has been able to put away.

Also featured will be pair of bantamweight fights that will help set up the next title contender as former champion Cody Garbrandt will look to return to his winning ways against Rafael Assuncao and Aljamain Sterling will be paired with Cory Sandhagen in a showdown between two surging stars.
