UFC superstar Jorge Masvidal is not quite ready to end his MMA exploits just yet, but the entertaining fighter has insisted that he would have too much for Jake Paul.
Masvidal is a veteran of the cage and his successes in his chosen sport have seen him enjoy many wins over the likes of Nate Diaz and Darren Till.
Despite being very much still involved in MMA, Masvidal will turn his focus to boxing next month when he helps stage a show on April 1st featuring Roy Jones Jr.
The following week, Masvidal returns to the octagon when he takes on Gilbert Burns at UFC 287. Very much a man in demand, Masvidal has also commented on a potential fight with Paul.
“Jake Paul wouldn’t be ready for that heat,” said Masvidal when appearing as a special guest on The DAZN Boxing Show.
“I’m throwing with bad intentions and I’m a pro with 50 fights. I’m not gonna get tired throwing heat and I’m there to take your head off. You’re gonna have to do some really evasive things in that ring to get away from me. Jake hasn’t hit that stride yet.”
