Eight more MMA rising talents went head-to-head for a PFL contract in Friday's Challenger Series event.

This week saw the women's flyweight division take centre stage in a card headlined by Kaytlin Neil vs. Katherine Corogenes. Neil was victorious in this contest with all three judges scoring the fight 29-27 in her favour.

However, this performance was not enough to take home the PFL contract. Instead it was Desiree Yanez who was involved in an entertaining fight with Maira Mazar.

After beating Mazar on the scorecards, Yanez's performance won over the fans and celebrity judges who all voted for the American to receive the PFL contract and compete in the upcoming season.
