Despite sitting fifth in the Premier League standings, Tottenham Hotspur hold a lot of power in their hands in regards to the title race.

That's because the North London side are set to host Manchester City on Tuesday, with the Sky Blues on pace to win another league crown should they win the remainder of their matches. However, should Spurs take points off City on Tuesday, it would provide a massive boost to Arsenal's title hopes, as they would then be in the driver's seat heading into the final weekend of the campaign.

Speaking after Arsenal's 1-0 victory at Old Trafford on Sunday, the man who provided the game-winning assist joked that he would temporarily switch North London allegiances ahead of Tuesday's influential showdown.

"I am going to be the biggest fan of Tottenham ever!" Havertz told Sky Sports. "Let’s hope for the best."

Regarding his own club's involvement in one of the most exciting title races in recent memory, the first-year Arsenal attacker said it brings out the best of him and his teammates.

"It is so nice to be in the [title] race and every week you have to play at your best," Havertz said.

"When you do it, it feels even better. We have one game and we need the whole club behind us – anything is possible."
