Clinton Morrison has heaped huge praise on Evan Ferguson and has tipped the Brighton forward to one day be worth £90m.
Ferguson has made a big impact in his short Premier League career, and he increased his credentials this past weekend with a stunning hat trick against a Newcastle United team that had no idea how to deal with him.
Ferguson appears to be the latest star from Brighton to command a huge transfer fee in the future and when that day does come, Morrison believes the fee will be huge.
Ferguson’s performances are reportedly capturing the attention of a number of major clubs and a bidding war for the Irish sensation could occur in the near future.
"I think he is a top, top talent and he can go where he wants to be,” said Morrison when speaking to Own The Pitch.
“At 18 years old, playing in the Premier League, he has got an excellent manager in Roberto De Zerbi who is one of the best and is helping him and he has good players in and around him.
"I think he could become a £90 million player, but I don't want to put that kind of pressure on him just yet. He should just go out there, play his football and do it with a smile on his face as well.”
