Portuguese icon teases when he'll retire.
Cristiano Ronaldo has jokingly hinted at when he will possibly retire from professional football.

The Al-Nassr forward was speaking at the Globe Soccer Awards in Dubai when he was asked when he planned on hanging up his boots for good.

After initially playing it coy by saying 'soon', the 38-year-old then joked and suggested he could play on for another decade.

"The moment I finish, I don't know to be honest," Ronaldo said.

"Of course it will be soon, soon I mean 10 years more.

"No I am joking, I don't know, let's see."

The Portuguese star is currently the top scorer in the Saudi Pro League this season with 20 goals, three ahead of nearest rival Aleksandar Mitrovic, and finished as the top scorer in world football in 2023 after racking up 54 goals for club and country over the calendar year - more than both Erling Haaland and Harry Kane.
