It's only a matter of weeks before Thomas Tuchel names his first England squad as he prepares to take charge of the Three Lions for the first time.
The German faces World Cup qualifiers against Albania and Latvia in March and has been touring Premier League grounds since the start of the year as he looks to finalise his squad.
One position that is up for debate is England's right-back spot, with a number of candidates for the role. However, speaking to Instant Casino, former national team hero Emile Heskey believes that Tuchel will make Trent Alexander-Arnold his first-choice name in that position.
“Trent brings something unique to the England lineup,” Heskey said.
“Thomas Tuchel will be looking for players that are dynamic and can play in multiple positions – Trent offers exactly that.
“We know he likes to play further up and drift into midfield where he can have more of an impact on the game. I know he’s had some up and down performances in the league, such as against Manchester United, but I think, overall, the positives outweigh the negatives."

The Liverpool man will face competition from the likes of Reece James, Ben White - if he comes back in contention - and Man City's wantaway star Kyle Walker. But Heskey thinks that Alexander-Arnold will still have the edge over Walker, despite the latter's vast experience with the national team.
Adding: “The other candidate for right-back would be Kyle Walker, but I think Tuchel will fancy Trent over him.
"Walker hasn’t had a great season up until this point, but in all fairness, fans are forgetting he’s been playing while injured – which I don’t think is his fault. I think he’s been playing as a favour to Manchester City and Pep Guardiola, rather than for himself, which may be to his own detriment.
“We’ve seen that Tuchel likes to utilise his wing-backs and encourage them up the pitch, so Trent seems to be the obvious pick to play that role on the right flank.”
