Three Lions boss will face huge expectations.

England will head into this summer's Euros with high hopes of finally winning their first major trophy at a men's tournament since 1966.

Three years ago, Gareth Southgate's side finished runners-up to Italy in a heart-breaking penalty shootout defeat but are among the favourites to lift the trophy in Germany.

Former Three Lions winger Lee Sharpe believes that if England doesn't triumph at the Euros, it may be time for Southgate to step down as national team manager.

"I definitely think that if they don’t win this summer, it’s time to try something new," Sharpe exclusively told DAZN, thanks to whatbonuscode.co.uk

"I think that he has had some of the best squads that England have ever produced, certainly offensively, and I think that’s three tournaments where we should have come away with silverware.

"I think at times that he’s made little mistakes with certain personnel and his substitutions that have cost us.

"With this squad, I know you have to get a bit lucky in tournaments, but with the strength in depth of ability that we have, we should definitely be looking at getting into the final and winning it."
