Former Manchester United striker Louis Saha has offered his opinion on Rasmus Hojlund's start to life at the club.
Signed from Atalanta in a £64 million deal, the young Dane has not yet scored a Premier League goal. The 20-year-old has looked rash and raw in front of goal.
In an interview with Betfred, former Premier League striker Louis Saha said, "He has to do more because this is the nature of his position. You can always do more."
Saha, a Premier League winner with the club, also said, "It's not all about Rasmus receiving good service because he also has to work defenders, chase the ball and remain calm in his position."
Hojlund is a powerful and robust presence, but Saha suggests he needs more help from teammates. He said, "Ramus’ skill and power isn’t going to be enough on its own because he’s not Harry Kane. He needs to be helped more by his teammates."
After the international break, Manchester United visit Everton. Hojlund will be eager to get off the mark as soon as possible.
