Former Tottenham Hotspur star Jamie O'Hara has backed Son Heung-Min to own the centre-forward position at the club. Following Harry Kane's departure in August, many pundits and fans held concerns over Tottenham's goalscorers.
However, Son has eased some of those concerns. The South Korean star has scored nine Premier League goals in 15 appearances this season. Son has found another level of performance since Kane left.
Speaking to Grosvenor Sport, O'Hara said, "I think Son has proven he can be the main striker, so I don’t think that will be a massive area where Ange Postecoglou will look to improve."
O'Hara continued, "I wouldn’t mind seeing another focal point up top, but I think Son has done a great job, and the way Spurs play actually suits Son to a tee."
Son and Spurs welcome Newcastle United on Sunday afternoon.
