Manchester United will be a top four team in the Premier League this season if they can stay injury-free, says Gary Neville.
The Red Devils kick off their league campaign on Friday against Fulham and they'll be looking to improve on a nightmare campaign in which they finished eighth for the first time in the Premier League era.
While last weekend's Community Shield didn't go United's way against rivals Manchester City, Neville is optimistic for the club and believes there is enough talent for them to get back into the Champions League places.
However, Neville's main concern for his former side is the bench, especially at one position. Neville was speaking on Stick to Football, brought to you by Sky Bet, when he singled out Luke Shaw as one of United's most important players in their quest to rejoin the league's elite.
“Injuries are the massive thing for Manchester United," he said.
"The left back is a problem because if Shaw is out the drop off is massive. I do think they’ll get into the top four if they stay clear of injuries.”
