The first of three Germany friendlies in June kicks off Monday as Hansi Flick's side host Ukraine in Bremen.
As hosts of Euro 2024, the Germans are not required to take part in the ongoing qualifying tournament. That doesn't mean they are staying idle — the Germans have filled their 2023 calendar with friendly matches on both sides of the Atlantic Ocean as Flick continues to assess his player pool ahead of next year's competition.
Germany split their two exhibition matches during the March international break, defeating Peru and losing to Belgium. Next up for the Germans are Ukraine, who were last in action in March in a 2-0 loss to England in Euro qualifying.
The Ukrainians have crucial qualifiers against North Macedonia and Malta over the next week, so Monday's friendly will serve as vital preparation for those matches.
Here's how you can watch Germany vs. Ukraine.
