Manchester City have one hand on the Premier League title and can seal the crown with a victory against West Ham on Sunday.
The Sky Blues had been chasing Arsenal at the top of the table for several weeks and finally passed their title rivals earlier this week when playing their rescheduled match against Tottenham.
Now two points up on the Gunners ahead of the final day of the season, City are not looking past West Ham.
“We want to experience [winning the title] again, but you have to perform and have to do something to win,” City manager Pep Guardiola said.
"We have to win otherwise Arsenal will be champions.”
