Liverpool will usher in a new era when Arne Slot takes charge of his first Premier League game next month after succeeding Jurgen Klopp as Reds boss.
The Dutchman has some big shoes to fill, with Klopp having transformed the club since he took over in 2016, winning every major trophy in the game.
However, UFC star Paddy Pimblett has no concerns over life post-Jurgen Klopp, and fresh off his impressive victory over Bobby Green at UFC 304, the Liverpool fan is tipping Slot to be a huge success in the Anfield dugout.
"I think he's gonna be very good," he exclusively told DAZN, courtesy of AceOdds.
"A lot of people are saying he can't follow in Klopp's footsteps and all that, but Klopp was our [Bill] Shankly, like my generation's Shankly. He built us from the ground up.
"When Klopp came in we were finishing eighth in the league. He came in and turned it around and he's won everything. I think Slot’s gonna come in and he's gonna be like [Bob] Paisley. He's going to take over the team just the way Paisley did, and he's going to win a lot more trophies than Jürgen.
"Because as I say, Jürgen had to build the club back up to where it rightfully belongs. Where now Slot's coming in, and it's all in place for him. It's all ready.
"So, a lot of people are saying we’re going to fall off and this and that, but I guarantee in the next four years, he's won us a league and a couple of trophies."
