Sergio Aguero has made his pick for the best wing pair in the Premier League, and it's not a Manchester City duo.
Aguero is a Man City legend himself, but he went with experience in assessing the most dangerous wingers in the league.
Speaking to Stake.com, Aguero chose Liverpool as the club that can boast the best wingers in England's top flight but stressed that time might eventually see the City duo take the crown.
"[Luis] Diaz and [Mohamed] Salah have more tenure in the Premier League and more time together than Savinho and [Jeremy] Doku [from Man City]," Aguero said. "That makes it harder to compare.
"However, neither of [Doku or Savinho] is the best pair in modern times. Salah and Diaz are a scoring combination, they can assist well, and they are very in sync with their teammates. Doku and Savinho need time, but their potential is through the roof.”
