Spain can clinch a spot in the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup round of 16 with a victory over Zambia on Wednesday.
The Spanish were victorious in their opening match of the tournament, an easy 3-0 win against Costa Rica in which they scored all three goals within a six-minute span halfway through the first half and then took their foot off the gas. They now face a Zambia side that were on the wrong end of an even more lopsided scoreline, losing 5-0 to Japan.
The Zambians need a draw or better to keep their tournament hopes alive, but do they have the firepower to trouble Spain?
