Full Terms & Conditions

1. This Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Norway, the Netherlands and Sweden aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners), its agents and anyone professionally association with this Promotion.

2. No purchase necessary; however, internet access, a valid email address and DAZN account are required.

3. Promotion Periods: The Promotion is open for the duration of the match for each of the 12 matches played on the following dates (“Match Promotion Periods”):

4. To Enter: Visit DAZN.com and login to your account to visit the Fan Zone. During any of the matches within a Match Promotion Period, complete the relevant quiz and answer all five questions correctly to enter the relevant competition (“Quiz Competition”).

5. Maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person per Quiz Competition during the Match Promotion Periods. No person may win more than 1 Prize.

6. Quiz Competition Winner Selection: There will be one winner per Quiz Competition (12 winners in total). The entrant who answers all five questions in the
quickest time in each Quiz Competition will be entered into a Prize Draw for all Quiz Competition winners.

7. Prize Draw Winner Selection: One provisional winner will be randomly selected from all valid Quiz Competition Winners Promotion Period. The Prize Draw will be conducted by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service, within 5 working days of the end of the Promotion Period.

8. The Prize: There will be one winner who will win a trip to the UEFA Women’s Champions League Final at the San Mames Stadium in Bilbao, Spain on the 25th May 2024, including the below elements and with an estimated Prize value of €7500:

a. One pair of VIP tickets in tier 1 category seating

b. Entrance into a dedicated UEFA hospitality area before and after the match

c. Free food and beverages within the UEFA hospitality area

d. Return flights to Bilbao from a European destination

e. 2-nights accommodation at the 5* Radisson Collection Hotel Gran Via Bilbao on the 24th and 25th May including breakfast.

f. A Visa prepaid card to the value of €200 for the winner

g. Airport transfers in Bilbao to the hotel

h. Return group transfers to the stadium from the hotel

9. Further Prize Details and Conditions:

a. The Prize will be arranged by email/phone between VISA/the prize fulfilment agency (“They”) and the winner. They will make all reasonable efforts to provide the winner with details of the prize at the earliest possible opportunity and will liaise with the winner via a telephone conversation to discuss the travel options available to the winner.

b. The winner will be presented with options of which local airport they wish to travel from, from those provided by VISA/the prize fulfilment agency. However, the Promoter and VISA will have final discretion on all elements and aspects of how the prize is organised and fulfilled. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include travel/transportation, accommodation, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, excess baggage, additional excursions and attractions or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these Terms & Conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs.

c. One item of hold luggage (weight dependant on airline provider at the time of flying) plus the permitted hand luggage allowance will be included within the prize.

d. Hotel accommodation will be provided on a standard twin or double room basis based on availability at the time of booking.

e. If the Promoter decides, the winner and/or any guest may be required to submit to a confidential background check or to provide suitable information to answer questions to confirm eligibility and help ensure that the use of any such person in advertising or publicity for the Promotion will not bring the Promoter into public disrepute, contempt, scandal or ridicule or reflect unfavourably on the promotion as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion. This will include all relevant club, venue or sporting banning orders or related incidents regarding the winner and/or any guest at any venue as required by the government, the police or relevant law enforcement agencies or organisations. Part of this process may also include questions during the Winner Notification process (see clause 10 for further details) and a review of personal information sourced from data available in the public domain.

f. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the winner and/or guest on the basis of the findings resulting from a background or information check and award the tickets to an alternative winner.

g. The venue reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who does not adhere to their terms, checks and requirements, regardless of possession of a valid ticket.

h. The winner will not be entitled to any compensation and will have no claim against the organisers if the UEFA Women’s Champions League Final or any other element of the Prize is delayed, postponed, rescheduled or cancelled. In such event, the Promoter may in its sole discretion.

i. If a booking or attendance is cancelled by the winner, no alternative tickets or Prize will be issued and for the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund will be provided.

j. Once tickets have been issued and flights have been booked, the Promoter, will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by (but not limited to) weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, illness of a performer or any other circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter.

k. The winner and their guest must abide by any relevant terms and conditions which form part of the Prize. Whilst at the match/venue, they must not: be drunk, intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, underage, be abusive, threatening, make or incite racial abuse, chant, use offensive language, make obscene gestures, throw items, behave anti-socially, carry laser pens, bring animals (except guide dogs), carry offensive weapons or illegal substances, carry candles, climb any structure, make excessive noise, offer any item for sale, damage the venue or smoke. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in refused entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the event/venue.

l. The winner is responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guest whilst taking the Prize. The Promoter or the venue reserve the right in their absolute discretion to exclude the winner and/or their guest from participation in any aspect of the Prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter, the venue or any companies associated with the Prize or if the winner and/or their guest act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Promoter, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in refused entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the event/venue.

m. The winner and their guest will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; any necessary visas or travel insurance are the responsibility of the winner and their guest. In the event the winner or their guest is/are unable to travel due to visa or other personal circumstances, no alternative tickets will be issued, and no compensation or other Prize will be provided.

n. It is the responsibility of the winner and any guest to check any travel advisories issued by a Government, to determine whether they wish to accept the risk of travelling to the destination. The Promoter will not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by any winner or their guest arising out of their failure to follow any travel advisories issued by a Government. The winner and their guest must comply with and are responsible for obtaining all information regarding any recommended inoculation and obtaining the inoculation(s) and health regulations required by any Prize destination country.

o. The Prize will be forfeited if:

i.the Winner has not obtained all of the proper travel documents by the date specified by the Promoter;
ii.the Winner has any immigration complications which prevent them from entering, leaving or travelling within Spain; or
iii.the Winner has any medical, legal or any other reason that would prevent you from accepting and participating in the Prize.

p. Guests below the age of 18 must provide written parental consent to travel unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

q. The winner and their guest must travel together in both directions.

r. All elements of the Prize package must be taken as part of the same trip.

s. Once airline tickets have been issued, they are only valid for flights, dates and times shown. No alternatives are available. Name changes to the flight or seat changes once confirmed are not permitted.

t. The winner and their guests must abide by and are subject to the Airline’s published Conditions of Carriage.

u. Lounge passes and upgrades are not permitted. Flights cannot be used in conjunction with any loyalty programme, any other discount, discount coupon(s) or voucher(s), promotion(s) or special offer.

v. Frequent Flyer points cannot be accrued on the flight tickets. An upgrade cannot be purchased on these tickets with cash or Frequent Flyer points.

w. Flight extras are not included in the Prize (flight extras include, but are not limited to, on-board meals and drinks).

x. Return transfers from the winner’s home to the local international airport are not included.

y. It will be the winner’s and (if applicable) their guest's responsibility to take out at their own cost all relevant insurance (including but not limited to health and travel insurance, insurance for theft, loss and damage to property) which may be required or prudent to be taken.

z. The Promoter will pay the cost of the standard room plus related room taxes.

aa. A valid credit or debit card will be required to check in to your room and will be used to guarantee any incidentals such as in- room calls or
services.
bb. The winner is solely responsible for any additional charges incurred at the hotel during their stay, including, without limitation, costs of meals, drinks, additional nights and services together with related taxes.
cc. The winner will be responsible for any applicable taxes related to the acceptance of the Prize.
dd. The winner must inform the Promoter of any wheelchair or any similar access needs.

10. Winner Notification: The provisional winner will be contacted via the email address linked to their DAZN account within 5 working days of Winner Selection and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional winner. Once eligibility has been confirmed, the provisional winner will be confirmed as a winner. If the provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Any reserve winner may have less time to respond.

11. Prize Acceptance: Notification to arrange fulfilment of the Prize will take place within 10 days of acceptance of the Prize. In the unlikely event that the winner has not received communication to arrange their Prize within 10 days of acceptance of the Prize, the winner must inform the Promoter by emailing VISAFanzone@dazn.com. If the winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize at its sole discretion.

12. Moderation: The Promoter reserves the right to reject entries which, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter:

a. are in breach of the Terms & Conditions;

b. contain any content that is offensive, harmful, objectionable or which is otherwise unsuitable for publication including with respect to race, religion, origin or gender, or which could reflect negatively upon the name, reputation or goodwill of the Promoter or any brand partner;

c. contains or refers to any unauthorised third-party brand or reference any third-party names, logos and/or trademarks;

d. promotes any political agenda.

13. Provided no objection is received from the winner, a winners list containing the surname, region and country of residence of the Prize winner will be made available by the Promoter 4 weeks after the close of the Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks. It will be available at DAZN.com/en-GB/news/soccer/uwcl-visa-fanzone. Winners can object to their details being published during the Winner Notification process. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide winner information to the any relevant authority or regulatory body when requested by them.

14. The Promoter may request that the winners participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.

15. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If an entrant enters in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, their entries (and any of their associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar said entrant from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:

a. Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or provisional winners through multiple means by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize may be withheld until verification is completed.

b. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.

c. Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.

d. Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.

e. Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.

f. Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process.

g. Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.

h. Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.

16. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason the Prize and/or any element of the Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute that Prize or element of the Prize for another of equal or greater value. In the event the winner does not accept the substitution they will forfeit their right to the prize.

17. UEFA and VISA are not responsible for the administration of the promotion. UEFA is not liable for anything arising out of this promotion including the fulfilment of any prizes. The prize must be accepted as awarded and is subject to all of the applicable terms and conditions prescribed to such prize, including passing necessary sanctions screening. By accepting the prize the holder is deemed to have accepted all of the applicable terms and conditions prescribed to such prize, including any entry and COVID-19 requirements.

18. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to DAZN.com.

19. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion (JS14523) or accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

20. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from but not limited to Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.

21. So far as is permitted by law, UEFA and VISA and their associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from: (i) any postponement, cancellation or material change of the promotion of UEFA Women’s Champions League; and (ii) any act or default by a winner or their guest resulting in the winner or their guest being unable to activate the prize and/ or any elements of it. By participating in this promotion, the winner understands and agrees that they are not being granted any rights (including any advertising, marketing or sponsorship rights) in relation to the UEFA or UEFA Women’s Champions League (or any associated competitions, matches, teams or athletes) and shall not conduct any related marketing or advertising campaigns, promotions or other activities.

22. All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be used for the purpose of this Promotion and for research and analytical purposes by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion and will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless your positive consent has been obtained. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available here. 23. If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.

24. By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

25. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the law of the relevant country for each entrant, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant country they reside in.

4. To Enter: Visit DAZN.com and login to your account to visit the Fan Zone. During any of the matches within a Match Promotion Period, then post a positive message of support within the chat function of the Fan Zone for either of the participating clubs in any of the matches outlined above, during a Match Promotion Period.

5. Maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person, per club and per match, during the Match Promotion Periods (13 matches in total). No person may win more than 1 Prize.

6. Prize Draw Winner Selection: At the end of each match, all valid entrants supporting the club with the most messages of support will be entered into a Prize Draw. One provisional winner per match Prize Draw (“Match Prize Draw”) will be randomly selected from all valid entries. The Prize Draws will be conducted by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service, within 5 working days of the end of the Promotion Period.

7. The Prize: There will be one winner from each match (13 winners in total) who will each win a personalised message of support and a signed VISA t-shirt from a Team VISA women’s footballer. Estimated Prize value of €600 per prize.

8. Further Prize Details and Conditions:

a. The prize will be in either the form of a one-way personalised video message from a Team VISA women’s football player to the winner of up to 60 seconds in length filmed by the athlete, thanking them for their support, or a written personalised message on the signed shirt along with the signature of the player.

b. Should the personalised message be in the form of a video, the winner is permitted to share this on their social media channels.

c. Winners will not have the choice of which Team VISA women’s football player they will receive the message from.

d. Winners will be able to select the size of the signed VISA t-shirt they win.

e. The winners will be responsible for any applicable taxes related to the acceptance of a Prize.

9. Winner Notification: The provisional winners will be contacted via the email address linked to their DAZN account within 5 working days of Winner Selection and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Visit DAZN Fanzone & login, then enter by either: a) include either a GIF or emoji as part of a positive message of support in the chat for either club playing. B) answer a poll during a match or c) participate in the quiz during the match. All entries will enter a draw relevant to the round they entered in (QF, SF or Final) to win 1 of 26 prizes of either 1 of 5 x football shirts from a participating club, 1 of 5 x UWCL footballs, 1 of 10 x 3-month DAZN subscriptions or 1 of 6 x €40 DAZN Store e-vouchers. 3. Promotion Periods: The Promotion is open for the duration of the match for each of the 13 matches played within the following Promotion Periods:

a. Prize Draw Promotion Period 1: All Quarter Final matches of the UEFA Women’s Champions League between 19th March 2024 and 28th March 2024, inclusive (eight matches in total).

b. Prize Draw Promotion Period 2: All Semi Final matches of the UEFA Women’s Champions League between 21st April 2024 and 28th April 2024, inclusive (four matches in total).

c. Prize Draw Promotion Period 3: The UEFA Women’s Champions League Final on 25th May 2024.

4. To Enter: Visit DAZN.com and login to your account to visit the Fan Zone. During any of the matches within a Prize Draw Promotion Period, complete one of the following actions to enter the relevant Prize Draw:

a. Entry Route 1: Include a gif or emoji as part of a message of a support to either of the participating teams within the chat function of the Fan Zone during a match.

b. Entry Route 2: Answer a poll during a match within any of the Prize Draw Promotion Periods.

c. Entry Route 3: Participate in the quiz during a match within any of the Prize Draw Promotion Periods.

5. Maximum of 1 entry per match is permitted entry is permitted per person, regardless of the Entry Route used to participate (13 entries in total) within the following parameters: Maximum of 8 entries into Prize Draw Promotion Period 1, 4 entries into Prize Draw Promotion Period 2 and 1 entry into Prize Draw Promotion Period 3 per person, regardless of the Entry Route used to participate. No person may win more than 1 Prize.

6. Prize Draw Winner Selection: At the end of each Prize Draw Promotion Period, all valid entrants received during each Prize Draw Promotion Period will be entered into the relevant Prize Draw. 26 provisional winners will be randomly selected from the following Prize Draws:

a. Prize Draw 1: 16 winners will be randomly selected.

b. Prize Draw 2: 8 winners will be randomly selected.

c. Prize Draw 3: 2 winners will be randomly selected.

c. If the winner of a 3-month DAZN subscription is already a DAZN subscriber, the winner will receive 3 free months added to their account and their payments will freeze for a period of three months.

d. If the winner of a 3-month DAZN subscription is not already a DAZN subscriber, they will be provide with a code to enter during the subscription process which will grant their first three months free. Thereafter Unless cancelled at the end of the 3-month period, winners will be charged the then-current monthly subscription fee for the tier selected at sign-up.

e. Winners of a 3-month DAZN subscription can cancel their subscription before the end of the 3 month period to avoid being charged.

11. Moderation: The Promoter reserves the right to reject entries which, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter:

12. Provided no objection is received from the winner, a winners list containing the surname, region and country of residence of the Prize winners will be made available by the Promoter 4 weeks after the close of the Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks. It will be available at DAZN.com/en’GB/news/soccer/uwcl-visa-fanzone. Winners can object to their details being published during the Winner Notification process. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide winner information to the any relevant authority or regulatory body when requested by them.

13. The Promoter may request that the winners participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.

b. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.

c. Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.

d. Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.

f. Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process.

g. Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.

15. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason the Prize and/or any element of the Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute that Prize or element of the Prize for another of equal or greater value.
16. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion (JS14523) or accepting or using the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
