The group stage of this season's UEFA Women's Champions League is underway and already there are some intriguing storylines ahead of the second round of matches.
Paris Saint-Germain will be looking to bounce back from a dissapointing 1-0 loss to Chelsea on Matchday 1 when they travel to Real Madrid. But while PSG will be considered heavy favourties for this fixture, Madrid have certainly improved and claimed a major scalp in the form of Manchester City in the first round of qualifying for this season's group stage.
Arsenal meanwhile stole the headlines last week with a resounding 5-1 win over defending champions Lyon in France. The French outfit were hit by a number of injuries which saw the likes of Ada Hegerberg and Catarina Macario miss the game, and now Lyon hope to turn things around when they face Juventus in Turin at the same venue where they beat Barcelona last season to win the Champions League for the eighth time.
