The 2022 World Cup starts on November 18 and runs until December 18. The Bundesliga will institute a two-month break to allow for focus to shift to the action in Qatar.
Bundesliga clubs will play their last fixtures before the tournament gets underway on the weekend of November 11, 2022. The league will resume January 20, 2023.
