The closing ceremony is expected to start shortly after the halftime whistle during the final on Sunday, July 14. With the match kicking off at 8:00 p.m. EDT, the closing ceremony will likely start at roughly 8:50 p.m.
Who is performing in the Copa America 2024 closing ceremony?
CONMEBOL confirmed on Monday that Colombian superstar Shakira will be the featured act at the closing ceremony.
Interestingly, the CONMEBOL press release stated that Shakira "will be the first musical act during the halftime of the final," suggesting additional performers for the event.
