As of this writing, there have been no confirmed plans for the opening ceremony.
However, it's an established tradition that a small ceremony featuring popular music artists precedes the opening match. These events typically last 20-30 minutes.
That means, if an opening ceremony is to happen, it'll take place at the Allianz Arena in Munich immediately prior to Germany vs. Scotland.
Is there a Euro 2024 closing ceremony?
Yes. UEFA has confirmed that the tournament's official song "Fire" will be performed before the kick-off of the final on July 14.
