Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino described his team's performance against Arsenal on Tuesday night as "so bad".
In the battle of two London clubs, title-chasing Arsenal cruised to a 5-0 thumping over Chelsea - who were without star player Cole Palmer.
Ben White and Kai Havertz both scored a brace after Leandro Trossard put the Gunners ahead just four minutes in at the Emirates.
Speaking at the post-match press conference, Pochettino did not mince his words when describing the performance.
"I feel disappointed, I feel really bad, not great," said Pochettino.
"The performance wasn't good, we started in a bad way again, conceded two goals and I saw the team give up.
"We are showing this inconsistency, we are where we are because we are capable of amazing performances then three days after the other extreme.
"When we have bad days, we are so bad!
"And then when we are good we are capable of anything, but it's somewhere we need to be aware of and improve in the future."
Arsenal are now three points clear at the top of the Premier League table, but have played a game more than Liverpool and two more than Manchester City.
Chelsea meanwhile are down in ninth after a first Premier League defeat in nine games.
