Cristiano Ronaldo will be struggling to welcome any new faces to Al Nassr in the near future after the Saudi Arabia club was given a ban on registering new players by FIFA.
After signing Ronaldo at the start of the year, Al Nassr have continued to bring in major names including Inter Milan's Croatian midfielder Marcelo Brozovic.
The club are also believed to be interested in signing Chelsea's Hakim Ziyech and Sassuolo's Domenico Berardi, but these plans could be scuppered as a result of the ban.
The reason for this decision dates back to 2018 when Al Nassr signed Leicester City forward Ahmed Musa, with the Foxes still owed money from the transfer.
It is believed that Leicester are still awaiting £390,000 in add-ons from Al Nassr, whose ban will now last for three transfer windows.
However, according to reports from the Daily Mirror, Al Nassr's owners, the Public Investment Fund, have insisted that they will promptly pay Leicester in the hope of bringing the ban to an early end.
