Crystal Palace foward Wilfried Zaha and rapper Stormzy have teamed up and agreed to buy AFC Croydon.
The pair are joined in their new business venture by former Crystal Palace Head of Player Care Danny Young.
Zaha and Stormzy both grew up in the London borough of Croydon, and the Ivory Coast international has spent the majority of his playing career at nearby Crystal Palace.
A statement from the club, who play in the ninth tier of English football, said: "The consortium will own, operate and develop their childhood hometown football club.
"Whilst completion is subject to legislative and governance procedures, the three consortium members are excited about developing a community asset in the borough that gave them their own opportunities.
"They hope to take the entire community on this exciting journey with them."
AFC Croydon, nicknamed The Rams, was formed in 2012 by fans of Croydon Athletic, the local club which folded the year before.
The club compete in the Combined Counties League Premier Division South, and play their home games at Mayfield Stadium.
