Defeating Nic Nemeth and becoming the new TNA world champion would be the icing on the cake for the Scotsman, who's been the talk of the industry for most of the year.
Looking back on his achievements this year, it's hard to pick a highlight, whether it's entering the UK singles charts with his catchy song 'I Believe in Joe Hendry' or becoming the first active TNA wrestler to have an extended run in WWE, there's plenty to choose from.
However, talking exclusively to DAZN News, Hendry revealed his favourite moment of 2024 and why it was so significant for him and his status both in TNA and the industry.
"My highlight was in Vegas when I did the concert on the guitar for AJ Francis," he said.
"I knew going into that concert, if it went really badly or really well, there was going to be no in-between, but my career would never be the same after it. People forget that.
"Yes, the song came around about that time. It went viral on TikTok around that time, but that was the first time I felt on the show, that I showed that I could be the guy. And I think that's how management felt. I think that's how the fans felt.
"That was the star-making moment for Joe Hendry. So, the star-making moment was in TNA in my eyes."
