Daniel Garcia has the biggest match of his career tonight as he competes for the AEW heavyweight title against MJF on Dynamite.
Garcia issued the challenge on last week’s episode of Rampage and his wishes have come true as he finally has the chance to prove that he’s a main event talent against the current face of AEW.
Garcia has taken huge strides since debuting for Tony Khan’s company, and he’s featured in a number of impressive matches, most notably against Bryan Danielson.
Garcia lists ‘The American Dragon’ as one of his favourite wrestlers, but who else makes the cut when naming his top five?
"My top five would be Bryan, Mox [Jon Moxley], Eddie [Kingston], Sasha Banks, and five is like a rotating door with Shibata, Mark Henry and Shinsuke Nakamura,” said Garcia when speaking exclusively to DAZN.
“The top four, Bryan, Mox, Eddie and Sasha Banks, that’s locked in.”
