Several Superstars made their return. One made a splashy debut.

The WWE Royal Rumble 2024 had Cody Rhodes winning the Men's Rumble and Bayley taking the Women's Rumble. Roman Reigns also defended his Undisputed WWE Universal Championship with a victory over AJ Styles, Randy Orton and LA Knight in a Fatal 4-Way Match.

While those results might not have shocked the WWE Universe, this year's Rumble had plenty of surprises.

Here, we take a look at some of those moments from Saturday night's event in Florida.

And she fared more than well, making it to the final five, before being eliminated.

If the return of Naomi wasn't surprising enough, TNA's current Knockouts Champ Jordynne Grace entering the fray was a shocker. And Grace, like Naomi, had a solid showing for herself. Grace's night came to an end courtesy of Bianca Belair who gave her the KOD on the edge of the ring for the elimination.

The storm we've been promised finally came to fruition as Jade Cargill made her long-awaited WWE debut and she did it as the 28th entrant in the Women's Royal Rumble.

Not only did Cargill eliminate Nia Jax, who was terrorizing the field, for a signature moment but she made it to the final three of the Rumble.

You just never know with R-Truth. In the midst of making his case to be a Judgment Day member recently, Truth wandered out to the ring during the Women's Rumble and proceeded to get eliminated by Nia Jax. Later, he appeared in the Men's Rumble and first tried to make a tag to Dominik Mysterio before entering the match. Hilarious!

Now that's something you don't see often. At No. 22, McAfee, who had been commentating at the announcers' table, literally took off his headset and entered the Rumble. Both upon seeing the imposing likes of Omos and Bron Breakker in the ring, McAfee hopped right out of the ring and eliminated himself in 38 seconds.
