  • How can I activate TIMVISION with DAZN offer?
    You can activate the offer on tim.it website, on MyTIM App, in all TIM shops, by calling 187 or 119 or directly from TIMVISION Box.
 
  • I just activated TIMVISION with DAZN offer. How can I create an account on DAZN.com?
Once you active the offer, you will receive an email and a text message from TIMVISION. Click on “ACCEDI A DAZN” button in the email or on the link contained in the text message and follow the instructions. You will need to insert an email address and set up a password, and in few steps you will be able to complete the account creation
 
  • I didn’t receive any email/text message confirming offer activation. What can I do?
If you didn’t receive any email/text message to complete the registration, you can do it from MyTIM on web and app in “TV e servizi” section or directly on tv.tim.it/dazn. For further support, you can write to chatbot Angie on MyTIM
 
  • I am already a DAZN customer. Can I activate TIMVISION with DAZN offer?
Yes, it’s possible
If you already have a DAZN account, after clicking on the link contained in the email/text message from TIMVISION, you will be redirected to a DAZN page where you’ll need to select “ACCEDI” and insert credentials (username and password). In this way, your previous payment method will be modified and your account will be associated to the payment method of TIMVISION offer

Please note: if after clicking on the link contained in the email/text message from TIMVISION, you get the message “Bentornato. Ora puoi accedere all’offerta dedicate ai client TIM. Stai per accedere con l’account associato alla seguente email xxxxx” check the email address, and if you want to change it click on “ANNULLA” and then on “ESCI DAL SITO DAZN”. Later, repeat again the registration steps described in the email/text message from TIMVISION, making sure to insert email and password of your DAZN account

If you subscribed the DAZN membership through a third-party payment method (e.g. Google, Apple, Amazon, etc), before starting the mentioned procedure, be sure to remove the previously added payment method, to avoid double billing.

  • Which devices are supported by DAZN, in addition to the TIMVISION BOX?
You can watch DAZN live and on demand on connected devices such as SMART TV, smartphones, tablets, consoles and many others. Find out the complete list on which DAZN is available here
 
  • I activated the TIMVISION with DAZN Offer. How can I cancel my membership?
To cancel your membership, you can access your private area on MyTIM or call TIM customer service
 
  • I cancelled my TIMVISION with DAZN offer. Until when will I be able to watch DAZN contents?
You will be able to access all DAZN contents until the end of the month in which you cancelled your offer, if your monthly offer charge is on TIM bill, or until your next mobile offer renewal if you are charged on your TIM SIM
