If you are unable to access the “My Account” area, please make sure that your e-mail address and password are correct.
If you receive an error message saying XX-049-XXX it indicates that the password was not correct. In this case please try to reset your password and try to sign in to “My Account” again.
There will be also 2 instances where it is not possible to sign in to “My Account”:

If you recently subscribed to DAZN or reactivated your Account, it will need to sync between our systems. In this case you will not be able to sign in to “My Account” although you will still be able to continue to watch the sports you love on DAZN. In this case please allow 24 hours to access the “My Account” area.

During high volume sign-up days, access to the ‘My Account’ section may be restricted, taking up to 24 hours to access. Please note that this will not affect your ability to watch DAZN. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team.
