The Rock has said he has ‘love and respect’ for Tyson Fury and wished both the WBC champion and challenger Dillian Whyte luck ahead of their fight on Saturday.
Tonight sees Fury and interim champion Whyte clash tonight at Wembley Stadium in a fight that 34-year-old Whyte has been waiting for since he first became interim three years ago.
Rock is a professional wrestling star as well as a hugely successful Hollywood actor, and Fury has taken part in WWE events before as well as his own boxing career.
Speaking on a video posted on Sky Sports, Dwayne Johnson said: “Tyson I want to wish you the best of luck in your upcoming fight, I wanna wish you and Dillian the best of luck.
“Just two great sportsmen and I know without a shadow of a doubt that both of you will leave it all in the middle of the ring.
“But I also know that this one is very special to you, Tyson, because it is your homecoming. It is 95-100,000 people, rocking that Wembley Stadium. I love it!”
He had one final message for Fury, saying: “As always, as you know I admire you, love and respect you, brother.
