Former heavyweight world champion Joseph Parker explained the changes he has made as he hopes to beat Jack Massey this weekend.
Parker fights the former cruiserweight this Saturday on the undercard of Chris Eubank Jr vs Liam Smith (shown live on DAZN in the US, Canada, Japan, Germany, Austria and Switzerland only) as he looks to get back to winning ways.
The former WBO heavyweight belt holder enjoyed back-to-back victories over Derek Chisora before his last bout ended in defeat to Joe Joyce, who is now the WBO’s interim champion.
Parker has spent time in Morecambe training at WBC champion Tyson Fury's gym ahead of the fight, and at a pre-fight press conference explained why he dropped 10lbs compared to his fight against Joyce.
"We had a great camp, I'm feeling in great shape," he said. "I want to be fast, I want to be mobile and he's going to get it.
"Going into every fight you want to win, but I'm just going to follow the plan, have fun and punch his face."
