The man who was coming for CM Punk’s AEW world title before the Chicago native took time off was MJF after he confronted Punk at All Out. Now the ruler of AEW after winning the gold from Jon Moxley at last year’s Full Gear, could MJF renew hostilities with Punk following their memorable feud at the beginning of last year?

Chris Jericho and CM Punk have competed against each other when occupying main event slots in WWE but that hasn’t happened in AEW up to now. Both have been outspoken regarding the other since Punk’s temporary departure, but can the veterans turn that into a money-spinning feud when Punk finally makes his return?
