Atlanta Falcons general manager Terry Fontenot says the franchise's new quarterback, Kirk Cousins, is obsessed with the little details to help the team win.
Cousins left the Minnesota Vikings this offseason, and will have weapons such as Bijan Robinson, Drake London and Kyle Pitts at his disposal with Atlanta.
Cousins is coming off a season-ending Achilles injury he suffered for Minnesota last season, so has been making as many notes as possible ahead of training camp in the summer.
"He's like a nerd up there," Fontenot told the team's official website. "He's obsessed with it.
"The excitement about Kirk Cousins is that he's a multiplier on and off the field.
"We know that he is going to take advantage of anything he can do to get himself ready to go in and peak condition."
The Falcons finished third in the AFC South last season with a 7-10 record, and will now look to go one step further with a four-time Pro Bowl quarterback in the building.
