The Atlanta Falcons and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers will reignite their NFL rivalry once again this October when they meet in a Week 5 clash at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
The NFC South teams are both on single-game win streaks, but it is the Bucs who lead the division with a 3-1 record against 2-2 for their hosts.
Both will harbour hopes of a strong season and a potential deep run into the playoffs beyond that, but first they must contend with their respective old foes.

Major Falcons vs. Buccaneers matchups
Having met on 61 occasions before, the Falcons and the Buccaneers have played out a close rivalry over the years, with barely any gap between them.
It's Tampa Bay who have the edge, winning 31 of their encounters, but Atlanta could tie the scores if they defeat their rivals this week.
Recent form may suggest they have a fight on their hands though, with the Bucs winning seven of the last ten games between the two teams.
Though they originally met in 1977, this rivalry only truly ignited in 2002 when the pair moved to the NFC South division, sparking twice-yearly competition.
That has limited their clashes to regular season encounters too, but they have nevertheless pulled out some thrillers, famously most recently in 2019.
Then, the Falcons scored an overtime win on the road, claiming a 28-22 victory in a dead rubber to vault the Bucs in the final standings.
Recently though, sparked by their Super Bowl-winning season, Tampa have been on top, including comfortable doubles in 2020 and 2021.
In 2022, the Falcons scored a first-ever win against Tom Brady, in his final regular season game, with a 30-17 win at home.
They backed it up through Younghoe Koo's efforts in the first matchup of 2023, though the Bucs would win their second clash to ultimately top the NFC South.
