Baltimore Ravens tight end Isaiah Likely says he is ready to be the "chess piece" on offense.
Likely has mainly operated as the Ravens' back-up tight end during his three years in Baltimore, behind Mark Andrews.
But with Andrews missing time in the second half of last season, Likely stepped up the plate and filled the gap seemlessly.
The 24-year-old caught five touchdowns in the final five games of the regular season, and added four receptions for 50 yards and two more scores in the playoffs.
Speaking to the Up & Adams show, Likely said: "I'll be there when my number is called.
"I showed that I can be in the slot, out wide on myself or in the backfield, really that gadget for the offense.
"I told myself to be the chess piece of the offense, make plays when plays aren't there to be made.
"I want to show everyone that when the ball is in my hand anything can happen."
