The rookie quarterback and the No. 2 overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft produced a near-perfect game and this throw to put the Bengals away for good was exhilarating and oh so accurate.

Can Daniels-to-Terry McLaurin become a scary one-two punch?
Not only did Daniels set off fireworks, he found someone to thrill with him.
Daniels targeted wide receiver McLaurin six times, connecting on four of those attempts for 100 yards and a touchdown in the Commanders' win.
Now, the question is can the two form a one-two punch to be reckoned with for years to come?
We don't see why not.
The Commanders and Bengals managed something historic
The teams combined for 71 points but what made it very noteworthy was neither squad punted nor committed a turnover.
That is a rarity these days.
Can the Commanders have a serious say in the NFC East?
As of this moment, the Commanders and Philadelphia Eagles each sport a 2-1 record.
Whether the Commanders have a say in who takes the division remains to be seen but they'll face the Eagles on November 14 — already a date to circle on this season's calendar.
