The documentary series has become an integral part of any build-up to a new campaign as it gives fans behind-the-scenes access to a team's training camp and preseason.

What is Hard Knocks?
Hard Knocks is a documentary series which started in 2001 and it follows an NFL team during training camp and preseason ahead of the upcoming regular season.
In 2021, Hard Knocks also began covering teams during the regular season, and this year will follow a team during the offseason for the first time.
Which team is featuring on Hard Knocks 2024?
This year, Hard Knocks will be focusing on the Chicago Bears as they prepare for the 2024 regular season.
How to watch Hard Knocks 2024 on DAZN
