Who will take the lead in the AFC South?

Two 3-2 teams fight for first place in the AFC South.

The Jacksonville Jaguars return from their London trip with two wins tucked away in their luggage. A 25-20 win over the Buffalo Bills vaulted Jacksonville back to a winning record, and now they host their division rivals in a big game.

Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence shone at Tottenham, making many big throws, and his connection with wideout Calvin Ridley looked unstoppable. Moreover, Jacksonville's young defense stepped up, making life difficult for Josh Allen and Buffalo.

Now they welcome the 3-2 Indianapolis Colts. Indianapolis outlasted the Tennessee Titans in a 23-16 win, although it came at a cost. Rookie quarterback Anthony Richardson picked up a shoulder injury. Richardson could miss up to a month of action with the injury. Nevertheless, the Colts own a reliable backup in Gardner Minshew. Minshew has plenty of NFL experience and is an intelligent decision-maker. With superstar running back Jonathan Taylor back, the Colts still possess enough offensive firepower.

The winner of this game will take sole possession of first place in the division.
