Los Angeles Chargers 2023 season: Schedule, games and how to watch

Los Angeles Chargers 2023 season: Schedule, games and how to watchDAZN

After high expectations for 2022, the Los Angeles Chargers' quick exit from the post-season ultimately failed to live up to the hype.

The Chargers will point towards poor decision making and an extensive injury list as to why things did not click last season, despite making the play-offs, but as the 2023 season approaches, similar excuses will not work.

After some questionable calls, particularly in one-score games, the Chargers made a big change this offseason by bringing in Kellen Moore as new offensive coordinator.

And as things stand, he will have a fully fit Justin Herbert, Mike Williams, Keenan Allen and Austin Ekeler to work with, as well as first-round rookie wide receiver Quentin Johnston, and returning deep-ball threat Jalen Guyton.

With head coach Brandon Staley still at the helm the Chargers will likely remain one of the more entertaining teams to watch, highlighted by their joint-most six Prime Time games last season.

But despite the positive signs, Chargers fans will be wary of pre-season hype, having only ever reached one Super Bowl back in 1995 - which they lost against the San Francisco 49ers.

Here's everything you need to know ahead of Los Angeles Chargers' 2023 season.
