It's a preseason battle of New York.

The New York Jets and New York Giants won't have to travel far for their final preseason game of 2023.

They'll face off at their shared home, MetLife Stadium, for a Saturday showdown that is expected to feature the first appearance of Aaron Rodgers in a Jets jersey.

Rodgers joined the Jets in the biggest transaction of the offseason, but he has been limited to watching his new team from the sidelines while Zach Wilson and Tim Boyle competed for the backup quarterback spot. With just one game left before the regular season starts next month, Rodgers is expected to play in his new home stadium — although he'll technically be playing for the visiting team.

The Giants are the home team for this matchup, and they head into the game having lost their first preseason contest and won their second. The victory, a 21-19 result against the Carolina Panthers last week, was even more nervy than the scoreline suggests as the Giants held a 21-3 halftime lead and allowed 16 unanswered points in the second half.

Here's everything you need to know ahead of Jets vs. Giants.
