The Philadelphia Eagles and the Washington Commanders are a step away from Super Bowl LIX as they reach the penultimate round of the 2024-25 NFL Playoffs on Sunday.
The pair will meet in the NFC Championship Game, to determine just which team will go all the way to New Orleans, live with NFL Game Pass on DAZN.
The hosts would have been tipped to make this particular stage of the postseason, especially after the red-hot Minnesota Vikings crumpled in the Wild Card round.
But it is the visitors, seeded sixth and high off knocking out conference leaders the Detroit Lions, who have nothing to prove and lose on their remarkable run through the bracket.
The Commanders have not been to this stage of the playoffs in more than three decades, and regardless of the result, their fans will surely make it a party on the road.
But just how do these two teams stack up against each other, and what does their current form tell us about this matchup as they chase a spot at Caesars Superdome?
Here's everything you need to know about the head-to-head record between the Eagles and the Commanders.

NFL rivalries don't come as storied as the one between the Eagles and the Commanders, which dates all the way back to 1934 when the latter were the Boston Redskins.
The pair have been divisional rivals for generations, and when the league had its most recent reshuffle, they found themselves as two of the key sides in the NFC East selection.
That has ensured plenty of matches over the years, though it has also limited their postseason record to just a solitary matchup - a 1991 Wild Card game won by Washington.
Still, the rivalry has ticked over with a string of close results and eras - the Commanders have just a handful of extra victories over the Eagles - and plenty of drama to boot too.
1990 saw the Body Bag Game, where Philadelphia injured nine Washington players in a brutal contest, while they ran in 59 points in three quarters in 2010's Monday Nigh Massacre.
Recent years have generally favoured the Eagles for success too, with Super Bowl LII glory their biggest victory in the past decade, having delivered silverware to Pennsylvania.
They will hope they can continue their rich form and make another showpiece fixture this time around - but there will be plenty to done when they clash with them.

On the basis of the 2024 season too, it should be the Eagles who are coming out on top, having enjoyed a 14-3 record while the Commanders managed 12-5 in their wake.
But the spoils are shared between them, with victory for each side in their respective home encounter - a 26-18 win for Philadelphia in Week 11 and a 36-33 win for Washington in Week 16.
Since then, the Commanders have been unbeaten too, having finished the regular term with five straight wins - and then added two postseason triumphs to boot.
Most impressive was the 45-31 win over conference top seed the Detroit Lions, dispatching them with a free-scoring performance that suggests no fear and plenty of belief.
That is a remarkable run of form, and one that the Eagles - shakier in a 28-22 win over the Los Angeles Rams - will have to be aware of at this crucial juncture.
