With the Super Bowl just around the corner, predictions for the big game are starting to pour in.
The Kansas City Chiefs take on the San Francisco 49ers in a match-up of two powerhouse teams. Both sides boast superstar players and a history of success in the NFL's championship, so calling a winner may be tricky.
However, that's not stopping New York Giants star Saquon Barkley from giving his two cents, and he's backing the NFC team to go all the way — with a caveat.
"If I was a betting man, I don't think I'd bet against Patrick Mahomes [and the Chiefs], especially the way that defence is playing, Barkley told ESPN's First Take.
"But I'm biased. I'm a big Christian McCaffrey fan. I hate to say this [but] he's the best running back in the NFL right now. So I'm gonna go with San Fran."
Barkley is a two-time Pro Bowl running back, so it must've been humbling to endorse McCaffrey as the best in the league at that position.
