The Super Bowl is just one week away, as the San Francisco 49ers and Kansas City Chiefs aim to lift the Vince Lombari trophy once more.
Both teams have been here recently and have multiple Super Bowl wins to their name.
But not every team is able to stack up to the five Super Bowls won by the 49ers or the three lifted by the Chiefs.
In fact, since the creation of the Super Bowl 57 years ago, only 20 franchises have ever won the Super Bowl.
Of the 12 teams to never win a Super Bowl, an unfortunate four do not even know what it is like to be in one.
The Cleveland Browns, Detroit Lions, Houston Texans and Jacksonville Jaguars have never experienced what it is like to play in the NFL's biggest game.
The Browns and Lions have suffered the drought for all 57 years, though Detroit came close to ending that streak this season before losing the NFC Championship game to the 49ers.
The Jaguars and Texans have not been waiting as long, but that is only due to the fact the franchises have only been in the NFL for 29 and 22 years respectively.
As well as never reaching the Super Bowl, the Texans also remain the only team to have never reached the Conference Championship round of the playoffs.
