European super lightweight champion Adam Azim has confirmed in a post on X that his next fight has been signed.
British fight fans are eager to see Azim go head-to-head with Dalton Smith who recently stopped Jose Zepeda in devastating fashion last month.
However, despite numerous attempts to make a fight between Azim and Smith, there has been no success with both men now navigating their own career paths.
Azim has since turned his attention towards another British name at 140lbs, Harlem Eubank, the nephew of boxing legend Chris Eubank, with a deal reportedly signed for the two to meet later this year.
"Contrary to the belief this fight is in the works," Azim wrote.
"I am proud to announce that I have officially signed to fight Harlem Eubank, date and venue remains TBC."
Despite no official announcement on a date or venue, Azim and Eubank kicked off the build-up with a face-off in the ring ahead of the brutal British heavyweight title fight between Fabio Wardley and Frazer Clarke this past Sunday.
